展覧会設計ゼミ／CPUE(Curatorial Practice in the Urban Environment)は、多摩美術大学芸術学科のゼミのひとつです。長谷川祐子教授（多摩美術大学芸術学科教授、東京都現代美術館チーフキュレーター）の指導のもと、展覧会の会場選び、作家選定、展覧会のテーマ設定をはじめ、広報や予算管理なども含め、展覧会の企画・運営をとりまくあらゆる業務を学生が主体となって執り行い、実践的に学んでいます。都市の中で展覧会をつくるキュレーションの実践を通して、作家とともにアートと人々との出会いを創出することを目指しています。

長谷川祐子（総合アドバイザー） Yuko Hasegawa

キュレーター。金沢21世紀美術館学芸課長および芸術監督を経て、2006年より東京都現代美術館チーフ・キュレーター。多摩美術大学芸術学科教授。

第7回イスタンブール・ビエンナーレ総合コミッショナー（2001年）、サンパウロ・ビエンナーレ共同キュレーター（2010年）、第12回ヴェネツィア建築ビエンナーレアーティスティック・アドバイザー（2010年）、第11回シャルジャ・ビエンナーレキュレーター（2013年）、アート・バーゼル香港2014エンカウンター部門キュレーター等を歴任。近年企画した展覧会に、「うさぎスマッシュ展　世界に触れる方法(デザイン)」（2013年、東京都現代美術館）など。主な著書に、『「なぜ？」から始める現代アート』（NHK出版新書）、『キュレーション　知と感性を揺さぶる力』（集英社）ほか。

Yuko Hasegawa is Chief Curator of the Museum of Contemporary Art, Tokyo (MOT) and Professor of the Department of Art Science, Tama Art University in Tokyo. Since 2008, Yuko has been a member of the Asian Art Council at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum (New York). She is Artistic Director of Inujima Art House Project (2011-present) and Curator for Art Basel in Hong Kong Encounters to be held in May 2014. Her recent projects include BUNNY SMACH – design to touch the world (2013), ARCHITECTURAL ENVIRONMENTS for TOMMORROW (2011) at Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo, and Trans Cool Tokyo (2010-11) at Singapore Art Museum. At the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa where she was appointed as Founding Artistic Director, she curated Matthew Barney: Drawing Restraint (2005).She was Curator of 11th Sharjah Biennial (2013), Artistic Advisor of 12th Venice Architectural Biennale (2010), Co-Curator of 29th São Paulo Biennial (2010), Commissioner of Japanese Pavilion of 50th Venice Biennale (2003), Co-Curator of the 4th Shanghai Biennale (2002) and Artistic Director of the 7th International Istanbul Biennial (2001). Her publications include 'Modern Women: Women Artists at the Museum of Modern Art,' Museum of Modern Art, 2010, pp334-351 and 'Kazuyo Sejima + Ryue Nishizawa: SANAA,' Phaidon Press, 2006.

岡田公彦（空間アドバイザー） Kimihiko Okada

建築家。1997年 明治大学建築学科卒業。西沢立衛建築設計事務所を経て、2005年岡田公彦建築設計事務所設立。現在、東京電機大学、多摩美術大学、東海大学、日本女子大学非常勤講師。

アートインスタレーションの制作、展覧会への参加など、建築に留まらない空間や環境デザインに関わる幅広い活動を行う。受賞に、AR House 2012 Highly commended、住まいの環境デザイン・アワード2013優秀賞ほか多数。

難波祐子（企画アドバイザー） Sachiko Namba

キュレーター。東京都現代美術館学芸員を経て、展覧会等の企画運営を行う株式会社I plus Nを設立。多摩美術大学非常勤講師。著書に『現代美術キュレーターという仕事』（青弓社）など。

企画した主な展覧会に「こどものにわ」(2010年、東京都現代美術館)、「呼吸する環礁(アトール)：モルディブ—日本現代美術展」(2012年、モルディブ国立美術館／スパイラル、東京)など。札幌国際芸術祭2014プロジェクト・マネージャー（学芸担当）、ヨコハマ・パラトリエンナーレ2014キュレーター。

Sachiko Namba is a curator. After serving as a curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo from 2006 to 2011, She set up I plus N Ltd. in Japan to organize art exhibitions and workshops with specific focus on socially engaged art practice. She is the author of 'Curating Contemporary Art in Japan: 1950s to the Present'.

Namba's curatorial projects include Interweaving Cultures (2004, Jim Thompson Art Center, Bangkok), Garden for Children (2010, Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo), and Breathing Atolls: Japan-Maldives Contemporary Art Exhibition (2012, National Art Gallery of the Maldives, Male, travelled to Spiral, Tokyo). She is currently serving as a Curatorial Project Manager for the Sapporo International Art Festival (SIAF) 2014 and a Curator for the Yokohama Paratriennale 2014.
